Slack

Post a tidy message to a Slack channel the moment a form is submitted.

How it works#

The Slack connector posts a clean summary of each submission to a channel you choose, the instant the form is completed — so your team sees new leads, requests, or orders without leaving Slack or refreshing a dashboard.

The Halloform Integrations catalog — a grid of connectors including Slack, Google Drive, Notion, Discord, Telegram and more, each with a Connect button.
Find Slack (and every other connector) in your form's Integrations tab — one click to connect.

Connect Slack#

  1. Open your form's Integrations tab and choose Slack.
  2. Click Connect — you're taken to Slack to sign in.
  3. Pick the channel Halloform should post submissions to, then Allow.
  4. You're back in Halloform, connected — a submission now posts a message to that channel.
The channel is chosen inside Slack's own approval screen — there's no webhook URL to copy or paste. To post to a different channel, connect Slack again and pick another one.

Good to know#

  • Halloform only gets permission to post to the channel you pick — nothing else in your workspace.
  • You can pause or remove the connection any time from the Integrations tab; removing it stops the messages immediately.
